Introducing Zynlab: one AI agent for any business
Every business fields the same questions all day. A hotel: what time is checkout, can we get more towels. A clinic: what are your hours, can I move my appointment. A hiring team: what roles are open, what's my application status. Generic chatbots can answer some of it — but they can't do anything. They don't know your specifics, and they can't act in your systems. So the work still lands on your team.
Zynlab is a multi-tenant agentic chat & voice backend for any industry. Your assistant doesn't just reply — it grounds every answer in your own knowledge, and it acts through your systems: filing a request, checking a status, booking a slot, escalating to a human when it should. The same engine can be a hotel concierge, a clinic front desk, a recruiter, or your support line — you just give it a persona, your knowledge, and your tools.
How it works
- Grounded answers. Ingest your policies, catalog, hours, and docs; the assistant answers from them — never invents details.
- Real actions. "Move my appointment to Friday" or "two more towels for 412" becomes a structured action in your system, with an audit trail.
- Human handoff. Complaints, safety, anything it shouldn't auto-handle is escalated, not guessed.
- A deflection dashboard. See what got handled automatically and what reached your team.
Now it talks, too
Zynlab speaks as well as types. The same engine is fronted by a fully open-source, server-side speech pipeline — so customers can call and have a real conversation, interrupting mid-sentence the way people actually talk. No per-minute speech fees, the same persona and guardrails as chat.
Built to drop in
Zynlab speaks the protocols your stack already speaks. The API is OpenAI-compatible (and Anthropic-native) — point any OpenAI SDK at the base URL and you're running. It's multi-tenant by design, so a platform or agency can provision an assistant per customer under one account, each isolated, each billed separately.
Try it now
The chat API, voice, and operator console are live. Try the live demo — switch it between a hotel, a clinic, and a recruiter and talk to it out loud — or browse the API reference.
